Kathe and Leland are full time professional Realtors who have been helping Manatee County families with their Real Estate needs since 1988. Kathe was a Broker in Oklahoma before returning to Florida in 1987. They both hold Florida Broker licenses and have earned their advanced GRI designations. They are active participants with the Manatee Association of Realtors and the local Multiple Listing Service.

Their five member team includes Jerry "Craig" Bailey, Buyer Speciast; Beverly Laraway, Client Coordinator; and Sue Kubinski, Marketing Director.  The team has a combined total of more than 100 years in Manatee County. All their children attended the local schools. The Wallace side of the family originally settled in the County in the 1880's. DO THEY KNOW THE AREA?? YOU BET THEY DO!!!
